The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the main shopping area. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I also enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant.
The cleanliness of the hotel. the bathrooms were not well-maintained and could use some improvement.

There was a balcony in our room. Free parking & excellent staff. Hotel's adjacent to main attractions like Kashmir Point. The entire experience was AMAZING.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It had the best aspects a traveler could ask for. The location was perfect - close to everything in town and high on the mountain, offering a great view. The hotel facilities were great, with clean rooms and well-maintained kitchen areas. We also appreciated the staff, who were friendly and helpful. the hotel had convenient parking and easy access to transportation. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a great start to our day. This place reminded me of a cozy cottage, giving us a unique and charming experience.

Great views and friendly staff make this hillside hotel a peaceful retreat. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the gardens are enchanting. The best part is the home-cooked food, especially the aaloo samosas and the veranda with comfortable chairs where you can sit for hours and take in the stunning views.
Though the hotel is well-kept, some bathrooms and carpets need updating. , be careful when getting to the hotel as the road leading to it can be steep.
